Thanks for the reply Panos
Note - Since I am a new user on this forum, I am unable to put more than 2 hyperlinks in a post, so I have removed https:// from all URLS below
Now that I rerun
wget https://goo.gl/e0qOvD from command line, I see
ERROR 403: Forbidden.
Wonder if this has to do with GGC, and them sending 403 when the specific node does not have the specific video cached. The url for that video has now changed to goo.gl/mIqdLN for me.
But still - I've added both goo.gl/mIqdLN, as well as the long URL it redirects to. Both are still failing
I am running the software agent on a Ubuntu server running the Debian equivalent of jessie, not wheezy. Wonder if that could be the problem.
If I can determine the exact command that the agent is using for the HTTP GET (eg wget or curl or something else? and any options?), then I can run that on the command line, and perhaps find the source of the problem. When I run stock standard
from command line at the moment, I get a:
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK
Length: 68251 (67K) [video/mp4]
