MS Teams target changes

On many NetBeez instances it was noticed that the MS Teams target is failing a ping test to the transport “Teams Transport” resource “world.tr.teams.microsoft.com”.

After further investigations, we noticed that the DNS and Path Analysis tests are still succeeding returning results. We recommend all users that have an MS Target, edit it, and remove the ping test.

Procedure

1. Go to the Targets tab.
2. Locate the “MS Teams” target using the search function if needed.
3. Select the target, and then click the top right cog within the target details view.
4. Select the “Teams Transport” resources, and remove the ping test.
   
   
5. Save the target.
