Updating Your Installation:
The BeezKeeper server will automatically upgrade to v14.5 today, unless manually overridden. This upgrade will also apply to agents.
The server-side upgrade may take up to 30 minutes. Please avoid rebooting the server during this time. If you experience any issues during the upgrade, reach out to us at support@netbeez.net.
Firewall Configuration:
Ensure your network firewall allows the server to connect to NetBeez and third-party software repositories (e.g., Ubuntu, Docker). Also, verify the following:
- Agents must have TCP/443 access to the server.
- Port 3142 must be open on the server for agent OS upgrades, especially in restricted networks.
